QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: The completion of a 4-year Bachelor of Engineering degree, or equivalent, in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering from an accredited university program is required
(2) Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as a project manager/supervisor/foreman at a manufacturing plant, major resort, hospital, office complex, or a large university/school system managing a preventative maintenance program that incorporates or utilizes a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests and their related expenses is required. A minimum of one (1) year’s supervisory experience is required.
(3) Language: Level IV (Fluent) Written/Speaking/Reading Thai is required. Level III (Good working knowledge) Written/Speaking/Reading English is required. Please clarify level of your THAI and ENGLISH language skill. A copy of valid TOEIC score of at least 600 is required with your application before the deadline.
(4) Skills:
- Work independently with minimal supervision from the Facility Engineer and able to serve as the acting Facility Engineer in his/her absence.
- Collaborate proactively with other supervisors to prioritize work according the needs of the Mission.
- Develop and manage work plans for self and others including the distribution of work assignments to facility maintenance personnel.
- Apply International Building Code and industry best practices to facility management and BME, Post-managed contractors.
- Must have valid driver’s license for the class of vehicle(s) assigned with a clean driving record (a copy of Thai driver’s license is required with application). Incumbent must be at least 25 years old and must have had a valid driver's license for a minimum of five years.
- Lift, carry or push items weighing up to 50 kg.
(5) Knowledge:
- The incumbent must know how to update and introduce modern procedures and methods to improve efficiency of staff and quality of works. The incumbent needs in-depth knowledge and a good understanding of both U.S. building codes and Thai building codes.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.) is required.
