Human Resources Management Manager

Responsible for short- and long-term planning and management of the Human Resources function To set and implementing policy, strategy, initiatives work plan for HRM (Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, compensation & benefits) and Business Process Improvement aligned with the overall business strategy

Talent Acquisition

• Design Organization Structure that serve business direction both Corporate structure & Business Unit
• Create new recruitment channels & strategy that can reach new talent
• Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies and programs to attract and hire a diverse slate of candidates, measuring the impact of the strategy and initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Create recruiting plans with identified key deliverables & timelines and hold leaders and external partners accountable for progress.
• Partner with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team to ensure alignment with the strategy and tactics. Partner with external diversity organizations to cultivate diverse candidate pools.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for a broad/deep range of positions to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day full cycle recruitment and hiring, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Increase employer branding and value proposition inside and outside of the organization by publishing content about the company mission, goals, benefits and thought leadership through social media, corporate website, networking groups and recruiting events.

• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functional
• Providing guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs
• Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement

Compensation & Benefits Strategy

• Compensation & Benefit Management such as Cash & Non Cash strategy
• Monitor and audit Payroll process and data accuracy
• Review Salary Structure, Bonus and total remuneration to ensure that can competitive with industry
• Monitor and control HR yearly budget
• Design and review job evaluation all position

• Analyze and prioritize critical findings (focus areas) to improve business operations with practical and measurable solutions
• Design To-be solutions based on agreed objectives and requirements to create or revise business workflows and policies
• Achieve project's timeline and all key milestones as planned
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders regarding project issues
• Update project progress on regular basis, including any critical issues to the related stakeholders
• Conduct periodic monitoring as planned after implementation by Business Unit
• Assess key business processes after deployment for a period of time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, study and analyze gaps for improvement.

• Male / Female age not less than 40 years’ old
• Master Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• At least 10 years’ experience in HR role with management experiences.
• Experience in HR management, Com & Ben, Payroll management, Performance management, Job Analysis and etc.
• Experience in developing creative and communications to enhance awareness and usage of programs
• Direct experience in Real Estate business is advantage
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, compliance, and other related laws.
