The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing & selecting people for work. It is considered a small duty. That is quite important. This is because of the selection of people who are suitable, talented, likely to work in the organization longer than usual.
Responsibility
- Manage end to end of hiring processes; job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Actively lead the creation of a recruiting plan for each open position, including a selection of recruitment channels.
- Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences, providing guidance and support in candidate selection.
- Attend events or job fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Support other job regarding human resources' sourcing or related.
