Administrative Duties:- Ensure smooth office operations by performing various administrative tasks.
- Handle general documents, including printing, photocopying, scanning, storing, and distributing.
- Manage correspondence, including letters, calls, and emails.
- Coordinate communication with customers, partners, and government agencies.
Travel and Office Management:
- Book flights, arrange accommodations, and plan trips.
- Reserve meeting rooms and prepare travel documents.
- Maintain office orderliness, manage supplies, equipment, and warehouse organization.
Executive Support:
- Manage executives' schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare documents, reports, meeting agendas, and take detailed notes.
- Provide reference documents and manage confidential information securely.
Customer and Visitor Interaction:
- Welcome and assist customers, partners, and visitors.
- Prepare necessary documents and equipment for visits.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Monitor progress, coordinate tasks with departments and external partners.
- Assist in marketing and sales activities, including data handling and report preparation.
Language and Computer Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Thai and English (Japanese is a plus).
- Excel in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
