Responsibilities

Urgently Required!

Handle Import & Export shipment for custom clear on time
Manage and control Import & Export Operations following the Customs Law & Regulations
Ensure that all import shipment get benefit of FTA (Free Trade Agreement) for Duty saving
Control, monitor, follow-up Duty Refund cases
Control, monitor on time customs clearance process and Goods Receipt
Manage Freight Billing Payment
Manage Advance Duty Payment
Prepare Report to all concern parties
Perform various other assignments as requested
Provide necessary reports and do other job as required by superior

Daily

Daily Import & Export Tracking & Monitoring Status
Follow up FTA C/O for all products that serve FTA Privilege
Follow Import License for custom clearance ie. TA Approval, S-Doc, TISI etc.
Coordinate with overseas vendor for plan shipment arrival, shipping documents, FTA Applications for Duty saving
Control, monitor 3PL and freight forwarders regarding on time customs clearance process (daily basis)
Coordinate with SCM, CS, Marketing, Sales Department to ensure product available on time for RTF Sales plan
Monitor Daily On time Goods Receipt and find out the solution plan for Improvement
Manage accuracy of Item Master, HS Code & Duty Tariff rate maintained in system
Prepare Daily Inbound Forecast Report to all concern parties
Collect and check correctness of Import Declaration, Duty & Vat Payment and submit to Accounting Department

Analyze Import Logistics Cost with accuracy and Cost effectiveness
Investigate and process Claim to 3PL and Insurance Company in case import shipment loss/damage
Prepare Update Monthly Duty Refund Report to all concern parties
Review all Item Master, HS CODE and Duty Rate Master to ensure data correctness maintained into system
Review Import Cost Accrual compared with Actual Payment for monthly Adjustment

Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics and etc.
With more than 5 years of working experience in Freight forwarding/logistics/export company.
Knowledge in Air and Sea import-export -Transportation-cross border well
High computer skills in MS office Word Excel
Good command of written and spoken English
Can work under pressure
SAP skill
Age above 30 years old
