

• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the key business units and internal clients
• Operate as an internal business consultant
• Support key business units/internal clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives
• Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
• Manage related HR Projects for the key business units/ internal clients
• Build a strong business relationship with the business units/internal clients as well as employees
• Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees
• Implement and maintain recruitment activities to ensure that the recruitment standards are maintained at the highest practicable level and that recruitment processes are delivered professionally.
• Manage manpower plan and manpower requisition and establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organization.
• Creates and executes a strategy for talent acquisition and determines best recruiting and selection models in consultation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or any related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in related Human Resources Management in insurance finance banking and strong experience in full-scale recruitment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good command of English (speaking, writing and reading)
• Be positive with “Can Do” attitude
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in an environment that is dynamic fast paced, constantly changing
• Able to work under limited resources and high pressure
