
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or statistics background is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years experience in compensation & Benefits duties in a fast moving organization.
- Have experience in insurance company is plus.
- Good Communication interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Muti-task and able to work as a team or individually.
- Advance Excel skill is perferred.
- Good knowledge in labor law, modern HR C&B Concepts and future employment trends.
- Result and detail oriented
- Creative and flexible personality and negotiation skills with can-do attitude.
- Good attitude , Service mind and able to work under pressure.
