Job purpose
1. Be a Business Project Management Office (BPMO) of SE Life strategic projects and special assignments from top managements.
2. Lead SE Life strategic project as a project manager to drive project effectively with timely manner.
3. Facilitate and mentor strategic projects to be aligned and met SE Life strategic goal.
Key responsibility
1. Centralize and facilitate prioritization of SE Life strategic projects to ensure strategy alignment.
2. Organizing all projects and special assignments from top management to be delivered as expected.
3. Develop project charter and time plan with project feasibility and project management report.
4. Work closely with process owners, users and relevant parties to gather business requirements, perform requirements analysis (To-be model) and develop document business requirement paper.
5. Work closely with IT to ensure system requirements are facilitated to business requirements.
6. Leading the business team to complete end to end UAT test until production deployment.
7. Updating, implementing, maintaining project management procedures, and monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
