- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Keep updated records of office expenses regarding Electricity , Water Supply , Telephone
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying
- Support in issuing PR as needed
- Being center of making name cards for all employees
- Handling about company’s onsite car, fleet cards and van rental as needed
- Education : Bachelor ‘s Degree or Higher Degree in any related field.
- Experience : At least 1 year experience as a Receptionist , Front office or similar role.
- Skills : Good command in English, Proficiency in MS Office & Internet.
- Others : Knowledge of Labor law
