Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Assistant Manager to support the development, execution, and optimization of our products throughout their lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, and supply chain—to ensure product initiatives align with business goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product portfolio, including decorative laminates, solid surfaces, wall panels, and other interior surfacing materials.

• Conduct market and trend research in interior design, architecture, and construction to identify product opportunities.

• Coordinate product sampling, benchmarking, and testing to support product development, quality assurance and product display in showroom

• Collaborate with Asia designer, Asia Marketing and Asean Sales, to develop and execute new product launches.

• Maintain and develop detailed product specifications, technical data sheets, and promotional materials.

• Support the preparation of product presentations, training decks, and mood boards for internal teams and clients.

• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to recommend improvements.

• Work with the supply chain and production teams to ensure accurate inventory planning and product availability.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Mater’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role—preferably in building materials, interior design, or construction.

• Strong interest in material innovation, color trends, and design aesthetics.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

• Pleasant personality, attitude, highly energetic and result oriented.

• Good command in spoken, read and written in English.
