Business Development
- Develop Corporate Strategy and wealth & legacy enhancement plans
- Analyze internal group business and performance of the group & each subsidiary
- Gather and generate reports on micro / micro industry information and benchmarking
- Assist with business committee work
- To conduct complete comprehensive research and analysis on the business industry to provide information for strategic decision-making process
- To perform feasibility study for existing and new projects and create prepared and analyzed budget, cash flow and financial performance reports
- Construct market and competitive analyses, as well as internal assessments of business units to inform future growth strategies
- Contribute to various elements of the strategic planning cycle, including opportunity identification, goal development, project prioritization, and execution roadmap development.
- Prepare ad-hoc presentations and analyses for senior leaders
Business Analysis
- Perform data analysis in order to develop strategy and keep follow up progress to ensure target achievement
- Research & analyze internal & external information for relevant business insights and developing strategies
- Monitor and track progress of each department’s strategic objectives and initiatives for overseeing and performance review regularly
