- Develop the knowledge and skills required to be successful through exposure to HR and lines of business at Hi tech Apparel
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the factory
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance,maintain pay plan and benefits program and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Establish multiple peer and mentor relationships to provide ongoing coaching and development feedback throughout program
- Support needs related to business advisory, operations, HR processes, and special projects
- Participate in collaboration across teams to develop business acumen and gain exposure to multiple HR functions
- Connect with HR branches leaders to better understand how HR drives critical business decisions and serves as a strategic partner throughout the company.
- Develop networking skills through connections within projects, intern-specific programming, and engagement events
- Conclude with final presentation to HR leaders, managers, peers, and mentors focusing on business delivery and overall accomplishments
- Apply experiences to shape and develop personal brand.
- Drive strategy to increasing capability index of factory for 10 locations
