Job Purpose
Business Transformation Lead is part of the business transformation team, an integral part of the SOOK Enterprise business process. She or he is responsible for identifying an area of opportunity within SOOK Enterprise and implementing processes to change its performance for the better not only for the department but also for the end users (internal and external customers). We are looking for strong individuals who are great team players to develop and drive improvement projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of customized solutions for Key Account and Medium B2B customers with a view towards developing solution based services, programs that can answer the problems of the customers.
- Support the development of target sector specific solutions to support penetration level in Vertical Market target sectors.
- Manage and coordinate SOOK Enterprise’s information and commercial responses to meet SOOK Enterprise’s customer, and sales objectives.
- Liaise with functional process owners (Thai Health Departments and their alliances) and other involved project representatives in relation to potential customers to ensure up to date information is available to be incorporated within proposed solutions, services and products.
- Provides administrative support in the identification, development and deployment of customer specific solutions.
