Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Develop relationships with new clients and stakeholders to expand the customer base.
Proposal Development and Pitching:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Present business solutions and value propositions effectively to potential clients.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with other businesses, vendors, or organizations to drive mutual growth.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance regularly.
Community Projects:
- Partner with non-profits and community organizations on projects that align with SOOK’s business values. This not only enhances our brand reputation but also opens up networking opportunities with like-minded organizations.
