Top Duties
The Senior Events Creative is responsible for all creative operations for our group of companies, including staff supervision and work production. They are a compelling and inspiring presenter; a senior-level client contact who possesses strong, creative, and award-winning ideas; and uses their relationship with the client to collaborate, sell in work, and grow the business. The Senior Creative leads and directs the activities of the team to maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability, while helping solve the problems clients present while giving others the confidence and opportunity to express their ideas.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of the creative strategy for their clients and projects.
- Provide direction to the team throughout the creative process to ensure the work delivers on this strategy; determine the effectiveness of the work after it has been activated; and use the learnings to make the necessary adjustments and improvements to future work.
- Present and sell in the agency’s work in compelling ways to client, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client’s challenge.
Works with Project Management to develop budgets and managing the profitability of each project.
- Passionate about exceptional writing, and creative innovation, that is thoughtful, meaningful, and significant.
- Maintains a close and positive relationship with our clients and works with the account team to grow the business with each client over time.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client presentations.
- Leads, inspires, and provides direction to a creative team. Mentors team and is responsible for the teams’ development and growth.
