Develop short and long-term sales strategic plans based on market research and data analytics in the aspects of product, process, productivity and people
Explore sales expansion opportunities, and develop new sales and service model by leveraging market research and sales funnel analysis
Conduct in-depth and insightful analysis to highlight trends and understand key parts of sales driver for identifying sales growth opportunities
Conduct data analytics and modeling to allocate the right sales target to the right channels with the alignment of business direction
Provide relevant insights to help the executives make the right decisions, address key challenges, and identify new ways to grow
Collaborate with Sales Channel, KPI & Incentive and Tools Development teams to implement the initiatives for sales performance improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years of working experience in data analytics or sales strategy
Advanced knowledge of big data analytics or statistical analysis
