CP Foton Sales Co., Ltd.- Provide comprehensive legal services to the company. ensuring that operations comply with local laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and modify various legal documents ang contacts to protect the company's legal interests.
- Provide legal advice to the company's management, including but not limited to corporate compliance, taxation, intellectual property, and labor law.
- Handle legal disputes with third parties, participate in mediation , arbitration, and litigation procedures.
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations in Thailand, ensuring the company adjusts policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and optimizing the company's internal legal compliance management system to ensure operational compliance.
- Participate and provide legal support in the company's mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other projects by conducting legal review and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company in litigation cases, actively drive the resolution of cases, and safeguard the company's legal rights.

- Age : 30-45 years old
- Work Experience : 3 years up
- Education Background : Bachelor degree or higher
- Major : Law
- Hold a valid lawyer's license from Thailand and be eligible to practice law in Thailand
- Solid legal knowledge with proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsible, eager to learn, able to work as a team.
- Good in English and Chinese Speaking.
- Experience in corporate litigation is preferred.
