Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate various matters between tenants and related building departments.
- Supervise and support the performance of public relations officers and nursing room staff.
- Receive complaints and respond with clarifications.
- Publicize information and information to tenants and customers outside the building.
- Survey tenant satisfaction during the year and annually.
- Support marketing promotion activities, tenant relationship building activities, and activities. Building CSR

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in field in client-facing role including client service or client success management.
