Responsibilities

Strategic Planner is responsible for creating winning business strategies by analyzing market trends, business data, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the optimization of business processes. The individual will play a key role in ensuring data-driven decision-making and supporting business growth through strategic initiatives.


✅ Key Focus Areas: Market & Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Strategic Marketing Planning, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Problem Solving & Process Optimization, New Product Development (NPD)

  • Create winning and growth business strategies by analyzing market trends and business data especially competitor and customer analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Initiate the development of strategic marketing and communication plans and ensure them align with business objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate and interpret sales data and marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and creative teams, to support project execution.
  • Support the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process by conducting research and coordinating tasks.
  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and identifying potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making at the managerial level.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Branding, Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of marketing research such as consumer and competitor analysis etc.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic business environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
