KAOPANWA CO., LTD. was established in 2014 by a group of IT experts specializing in several different areas; Network, System and Security.

In the first place, the aim of the company was to provide product all Microsoft? solution help companies be stable, strong, consultant and faster the system was beyond by professional.

Responsibilities

Implementation, investigation, and support of Azure product design and deployment of solutions with Azure product
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution on escalated issues while monitoring and maintaining environmental stability.
Configuration, performance monitoring, maintenance, and security management relating to Microsoft Identity.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps processes, including continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
Automate deployment and management of applications and services using DevOps tools and practices.
Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability through DevOps methodologies.
Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for endpoint management activities.
Develop and implement high-quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices, and methodologies.

Requirements

Minimum 0-3 years of systems engineering experience in Cloud Solution.
Experience working with end users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication and good interpersonal, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities.
Passionate about technology, security, and Microsoft Azure products.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with DevOps processes and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Holding an IT certification such as MCSA, MCSE, AWS, or CCNA would be an advantage
