- Arrange delivery for drop off shipment and Company shipment to various destinations based on incoterm and required date.
- Acquire Air, Sea and truck freight quotation for drop off shipment best meet with budget and requirement based on incoterm and instructions received.
- Calculate various product landed costs for Sales Employee’s for decision making purposes.
- Generate Commercial Invoice, packing list and various shipping documents assigned by Company and ensure accuracy of documentation and verify compliance standard.
- Coordinate with the team and various Manufacturers to ensure Company requirements regarding product and delivery arrangement.
- Manage day to day customs brokers operations and ensure performance is monitored .
- Deal with customs and local authorities for day to day operational issues.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders to ensure desired credit terms and support export and import shipment with desired quality service.
- Act as custom knowledge holder through research and visitation to various government departments. Apply license for product that requires permit for inbound and outbound shipment when assigned.
- Responsible and accountable to ensure duty tariff codes are correctly applied based on information received from various parties and obtain legal tariff code from custom, if necessary.
- Attend local import and export training programs with local authorities focusing on improving knowledge.
- Age is not over 45 years
- Bachelor’s degree, Major: Import-Export management, Logistic management, Business Management, or related field
- 5 years of Import-Export experience
- Experienced in Chemical Products / Chemical Manufacturing will be a plus
