Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Quotation Management:

Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations based on customer requirements and product specifications.
Ensure all quotations align with company pricing policies and customer agreements.
Track and follow up on quotations to assist in closing sales.

Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with the sales team across all covered countries to support sales activities and ensure smooth communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, inquiries, and sales opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order processing.

Finance Coordination:

Work closely with the finance team to issue invoices and delivery orders accurately and on time.
Verify payment terms and track payment status to ensure proper follow-up on outstanding payments.

Delivery Order Management:

Prepare and manage delivery orders for accurate and on-time product delivery to customers.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure all shipments are scheduled, tracked, and delivered as planned.
Communicate delivery timelines and updates to customers and the sales team.

General Sales Support:

Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist in tracking and resolving any claims or order discrepancies.
Support the preparation of sales documentation, contracts, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or coordination.

• Excellent English writing skills and good business-level spoken English are essential.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
