Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, presales, or a related technical role, with a proven track record of successful client engagements and solution design.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection, network security, SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. (fluent in Thai & English)
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with experience in delivering compelling and persuasive product pitches.
Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of translating client needs into actionable solutions.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
