Responsibilities

Plan and manage marketing strategies for both online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and corporate image.
Oversee online marketing platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Website, LinkedIn, Line OA) and offline activities (Exhibitions, Events, Brochures, Datasheets).
Create and post marketing content, including writing press releases and promotional materials.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies to support marketing strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and propose improvement plans.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and other related departments to support the company’s objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure all projects are completed as planned.
Candidates with Sales experience will be given special consideration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing or related functions.
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, Public Relations, and Event Management.
Proficient in online marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
Good command of English (both spoken and written).
