Job Description
- Control inventory and ensure availability of material during normal and urgent situation
- Coordinate the demand/supply planning process with concerned parties (Customer, Purchasing, DE, Material, Vendors, Booking, etc.)
- Maintain, revise and ensure the quality of the supply variants (stock cover days, safety stock, lead-time)
- KPI monitoring and prepare periodic reports
- Simulate plan, pull-in-push-out schedule
- Handle any inquiries from customer and solve daily issue
Roles & Responsibilities
- Check order (PO) from customer (Samsung Subsidiary & OEM) by download order from G-ERP
- Coordinate with internal & external department for material arrangement (WH team, Purchasing, Vendors, customer, etc.)
- Check and confirm shipment (ETD) to customer
- Issue DO / Request STO
- Update order status report (BI report)
- Issuing requisition document for damage/claim parts.
- Follow up on all material returns and credit requests.
- Summay KPI report (On Time Delivery)
- Explode BOM report (checking component list)
- PSM (Part Stock month) Report / KPI - PSM 3.0 month ↓
