• Manage and control HRD, HRM activities and support HR Manager
• Perform all administrative and general affairs including secretarial tasks and facilities
• Support HR operation to drive the business by ensuring that the HR delivery is in fully aligned to business goals in their area of business.
• Responsible for recruitment post job advertisement for local staff hiring
• Hand on Provident Fund, Medical/PA insurance and Social Security Fund process for all employees
• Lead employee relations activities and employee engagement program
• Counselling employees concerning a work-related problems or issues
• Visa/Work permit for staff traveling outside of Thailand and assist expatriate staff to renew the work permit
• Coordinate for training programs
