Communication within company group, customers and service providers
Receive order and or forecast from customer and calculate order to factories
Monitor order and shipping status of customer and factory not to short
Communicate between Sales and Customer Support Division for order and shipping status
Communicate with factories and confirm shipment plan
Communicate with customers for meeting customer delivery request
Response for Customer Support Division and Sales documents (Filing)
Prepare any required documents or reports to the Management
To manage company assigned activities related to the business, such as ISO/IATF
Travel to customers or factories when necessary
Other assignment as Manager requested
Min 1 year experience in Automotive field
Good computer skill in MS Office (such like Excel)
Good command of English
TOEIC SCORE Over 600
