1) Production Planning
- Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the supply constraints.
- Create MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and feasible 12 months production plans for the factory and capacity under responsibility taking into account production constraints and relevant lead time.
- Analyze relevant supply parameters and seek for improvements on regular basis e.g. lot sizes, production frequency, frozen period, etc.
2) Material Planning and Purchasing
- Analyze and evaluate the material requirement plan to satisfy customer needs taking into account the supply constraints.
- Create MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and feasible 3 months material plans for the factory under responsibility taking into account production constraints and relevant lead time.
- Analyze relevant material supply parameters and seek for improvements on regular basis e.g. MOQ, Lead time, Lean concept, etc.
3) Balance the need for Finished goods and Material availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location.
4) Identify issues/ opportunities concerning major events e.g. factory shutdowns, transition of old/new products and etc.
5) Analyze and proactive communicate Finished goods and Material supply issues to relevant parties with proposal to minimize it.
6) Ensure Production Planning, Material Planning and Purchasing procedure align with company compliance and EHS
