Job Summary:
Leading and overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of acquiring new credit card customers.  Developing and executing the strategic plan for all online sales and service channels, including end-to-end card acquisition strategies to enlarge the number of LHB credit card holders.  This role drives growth, profitability, and customer engagement through digital platforms by optimizing channel mix, customer journeys, and performance across paid, owned, and earned media.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement the online channel strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
 - Define the channel roadmap covering acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion across digital touchpoints (website, app, social, affiliates, etc.).
 - Set annual channel targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards in collaboration with branch, marketing, and product teams.
 - Identify and evaluate new digital opportunities, technologies, and partnerships to enhance the channel ecosystem.
 - Own the online marketing and media budget, ensuring optimal spend efficiency.
 - Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and platform providers.
 
Campaign & Channel Management
- Lead end-to-end planning for online campaigns — from budgeting, forecasting, and audience segmentation to execution and optimization.
 - Work closely with the media, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent brand communication and data-driven decision-making.
 - Manage media mix modeling, digital funnel performance, and ROI optimization.
 - Oversee traffic acquisition channels: SEO/SEM, display, social media, programmatic, influencer, and affiliate marketing.
 - Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
