• Establish and maintain safety engineering standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all sites.
• Regularly review and update standards to incorporate the latest technological advancements and regulatory changes.
• Provide training and support to teams on the application and adherence to safety engineering standards.
• Implement and manage advanced safety technologies, including digital tools and AI-driven systems (e.g., Intenseye), to monitoring risk and enhance safety management process.
• Analyze data from digital tools e.g. IoT devices, sensor, wearable device to identify safety trends and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and effective operation of digital safety solutions across the organization.
• Act as the central point of coordination for safety engineering initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and alignment.
• Communicate safety engineering strategies, updates, and best practices to stakeholders at all levels to foster engagement and understanding.
• Monitor and audit site compliance with safety engineering standards to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Ensure all safety engineering activities are in compliance with local, national, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
• Continuously seek innovative solutions and emerging technologies to enhance workplace safety and risk management.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply them to improve future safety initiatives.
• Prepare for and support safety audits, including GAO Coca-Cola audits and regulatory inspections.
