• Plan and supervise machinery maintenance activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation systems in line with company policies and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Review and update daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans from each department to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
• Monitor and lead Annual Shutdowns and major overhauls, ensuring timely execution and minimal downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Inspect machinery conditions across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment to enhance equipment reliability.
• Develop and optimize PM and CM (Corrective Maintenance) plans tailored to the criticality of each system (e.g., rotating equipment, control panels, sensors, valves, PLC systems).
• Prepare maintenance SOPs, inspection checklists, and manage materials, tools, and spare parts required for maintenance jobs.
• Ensure accurate records and maintenance histories are captured in CMMS (SAP).
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and EHS teams to ensure smooth maintenance execution and compliance.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance status, KPIs, and continuous improvement actions to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Support reliability improvement projects such as TPM, RCM, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Able to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and understanding of ISO, TPM, or preventive maintenance methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shift rotations.
