Inventory Control Supervisor

• Ensure that the Incoming/Stock control department is well organized and controlled to support customer expansion and business goals
• Implement process and system improvements to reduce inventory, reduce costs, and achieve efficiency
• Reconcile and compare ending stock with clients on the function required to monitor stock
• Manage and review inventory to identify potential risks and opportunities to minimise obsolescence and identify inventory for disposal
• Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis and Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted and reported when defective products are discovered
• Processes and documents control as required, following established procedures to support the audit
• Check date-sensitive products for expiration and block or transfer of product as needed
• Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records
• Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency
• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plusLess than 5 years experience in Warehouse (3PL is a plus)
• Knowledge in the field of logistics/SCM
• Enjoy challenging project work and collaboration with internal and external clients
• Strong team player (promotes active cooperation within the team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Project management skills
• Flexibility, Collaboration and Ethical Conduct
• Strong communication skills
