Job Scope:
Responsible for managing key client relationships, coordinating inspection and certification services, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications, and driving overall service excellence. This role involves end-to-end project coordination, from client onboarding to certificate issuance, along with active contribution to continuous quality improvements aligned with GTS standards and ISO compliance.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Key Clients and Account Maintenance
· Manage a variety of key accounts and establish strong working relationships with clients in targeted markets.
· Develop and grow long-term contract business and promote Intertek's brand reputation.
· Ensure high levels of customer care, regular client engagement, and satisfaction tracking.
· Address client issues within company procedures, balancing service cost and satisfaction.
· Identify service gaps and promote Intertek's value proposition to improve outcomes.
· Keep clients updated on procedural changes, requirements, and policies.
· Meet and exceed KPIs related to service quality and issue resolution.
2. Application Processing
· Coordinate with exporter clients to explain certification processes and scheme requirements.
· Collect and validate qualifying documents and ensure completeness.
· Follow up on missing documents or corrective actions in coordination with Technical Reviewers.
3. Inspections Coordination
· Schedule inspections and coordinate between suppliers/exporters and inspection resources.
· Review IRP, inspection documents, and support desktop or field audits.
· Manage inspection documentation, costs, invoicing, inspector availability, and equipment.
· Authorize inspector overtime and validate expenses with documentation.
· Ensure stock levels (e.g., seals, tapes, PPE) are maintained and meet Intertek branding standards.
4. Testing Arrangement and Coordination
· Coordinate with laboratories for sample testing as advised.
· Communicate test and inspection results promptly.
· Negotiate testing/inspection costs while ensuring quality.
5. Issuance of Certificates
· Authorize issuance of certificates to clients following approval protocols.
