Scope of Work:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing workplace safety and environmental regulations to ensure compliance with Thai laws. Oversee occupational health and safety systems, risk assessments, and accident prevention measures. Supervise the Safety team, conduct safety meetings, and promote a "Zero Accident" initiative. Manage safety activities, training, and continuous improvement to enhance workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up targets and plans for safety-related tasks to support company policy.
- Implement safety and environmental regulations and standards in the workplace.
- Improve the occupational health and safety management system.
- Ensure compliance with Thai safety and environmental laws and regulations.
- Manage and plan safety and health activities for employees.
- Monitor workplace risks related to accidents and environmental hazards and analyze the causes of accidents.
- Conduct meetings with the Safety Committee and Safety Leaders to reduce workplace injuries and accidents, as well as to improve accident prevention processes.
- Manage and supervise the Safety team.
- Monitor safety activities, such as safety patrols.
- Promote and manage the "Zero Accident" safety initiative.
- Perform other duties as assigned
