- Sales Strategy & Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote warehouse logistics services. Identify and target potential clients in industries such as Logistics. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management.
Build long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their supply chain needs. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close new contracts. Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain repeat business.
- Market & Competitor Analysis.
Research warehouse market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings. Provide management with strategic recommendations based on market insights.
- Collaboration & Coordination.
Work closely with warehouse operations, inventory control, and transport teams to ensure service quality. Coordinate with the finance team on quotations, payment terms, and contract agreements.
- Team Management.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives. Monitor performance and provide training as needed.
- Sales Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and contracts in the CRM system. Prepare monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.
