【Job Description】
-Contact Routing: Factory and Sales team.
-Coordination: Coordinate by directly contacting Internal and other business-related parties (sometimes contact to customer) such as: Logistics (import/export status, documentation), PC, PE, MC, QC, QA (to update demand, delivery schedule, forecast, quality issues), Sales members in other countries such as China, Hong Kong etc. (mainly business status and update delivery schedule), Customers (in case they need necessary support).
-Summarizing and Action Planning: Summarizing the numbers and finding actions to achieve targets (sales results and estimation, inventory, shipment, and so on) and keeping the team updated.
-Discussion and Negotiation: Requires the candidate who has strong discussion and negotiation skills with all parties.
