Qualifications
• Female, aged 27-35 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Management, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in assistant company secretary , preferably with a listed company.
• Pleasant personality, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English (spoken & written).
