1. Customer & Specification Management
- Receive and review customer requirements/specifications and convert them into internal standards and design documents.
- Prepare and maintain Product Design Document (PDD) and related technical documents for Production and QA.
- Support concession/deviation requests and customer communication when required.
2. Product & Process Design Support
- Participate in feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk assessment for new products.
- Support trial activities (laboratory, pilot line, and customer trial) and summarize results for decision making.
- Assist in preparing Control Plan, DFMEA/PFMEA, and inspection standards in collaboration with APQP team and concern.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, PT, QA, Sales, and R&D (Thailand and Japan) to align product designs with customer needs.
- Provide engineering support during product trials and new product introduction.
- Follow up on corrective actions for customer complaints and claims.
4. Documentation & Continuous
- Ensure accuracy and traceability of design documents, specifications, and revision history.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to support management decisions.
- Participate in VA/VE, cost reduction and customer satisfaction improvement activities.
