IT Project Manager

1. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

1. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, management, and project teams
2. Manage client expectations and communicate project status clearly and regularly
3. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews

1. Coordinate internal teams (developers, engineers, QA, operations)
2. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability
3. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impact project delivery

1. Identify project risks and define mitigation plans
2. Monitor issues and implement corrective actions promptly
3. Escalate critical risks or deviations when necessary

1. Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards
2. Support compliance with internal policies, security standards, and ISO processes (if applicable)
3. Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle

1. Monitor project costs and resource utilization
2. Manage vendors, subcontractors, and third-party providers when applicable
3. Support procurement and contract coordination related to the project

1. Prepare project reports, timelines, and status updates for management
2. Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and closure reports
3. Support handover to operations or support teams after project completion

1. 2 - 5 years Proven experience managing software development, infrastructure, cloud, or system integration projects
2. Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, operations, vendors, clients)
3. Project Management Skills
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies:
5. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid
6. Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources
7. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)

General understanding of:

1. Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
2. Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
3. APIs, databases, and system integration
4. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Certifications (Preferred):

1. PMP,  Agile/Scrum certification are advantage
2. Cloud or platform certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals) are an advantage

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
