- Interpreter and translate between Japanese and Thai for management, engineers, and production staff
- Support communication in meetings, production lines, training sessions, and daily operations
- Interpret technical terms related to manufacturing and production processes
- Assist in coordinating between Japanese staff and local employees
- Translate documents, manuals, work instructions, and reports as assigned
- Support production line operations and assist with line control when necessary
- Identify and help resolve communication issues in the production process
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Responsible for maintaining the production line visualization system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or a related field.
- 1–3 years of work experience as an interpreter in the automotive parts manufacturing process.
- Proficiency in Japanese and Thai (English is an advantage)
- Knowledge and understanding of production line or manufacturing processes
- Experience as an interpreter in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to interpret accurately between management and production staff
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Willing and able to work in the production line, including production line control, when required
