1. Platform & Store Management
- Support daily operations of brand websites and marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, JD, TikTok Shop).
- Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with Operations and IT to resolve technical or order-related issues.
2. Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor online sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
- Implement strategies to drive online sales, AOV, and retention including promotions, discounts, and bundle offers.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Optimize product visibility through search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search strategies.
- Collaborate on content creation, including banners, social media promotions, and newsletters.
- Monitor campaign results and provide insights.
4. Customer Experience & Service Support
- Ensure smooth customer experiences by managing inquiries, complaints, and reviews on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze customer feedback and work on improving service, product offerings, and website usability.
- Help improve user experience and checkout flow.
5. Data & Market Insight
- Analyze trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Inventory & Order Coordination
- Support stock planning and replenishment for online channels.
- Liaise with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery.
7. Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, shipping, and returns management.
- Work with suppliers and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stock shortages.
8. Collaboration & Admin Tasks
- Assist in budgeting, PO creation, and vendor coordination.
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Branding teams.
