หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบDevelop a deep knowledge of the business partner’s business unit and build positive relationship development, both horizontally and vertically.
Partner with Business owner (e.g. Supply Chain/ Commercial/ Finance/etc.) to work on implementation plan to successfully deliver IT Projects to meet business’s goal.
Initiate projects through the development of project charters and identification of stakeholders
Plan projects including forming project team, collecting, and analyzing requirements, defining scope and activities of the project, estimating schedule and cost, identifying specialist Support if required
Be accountable for all requirements and changes that occur within the project using a proper change management process
Execute projects, assuring project quality, managing a diverse project team, managing communications, conducting procurements, and managing stakeholders (both internal and external)
Monitor and manage performance of the project to ensure that the project can be delivered according to timeline and to ensure that value is captured
Gather business requirements, transform to technical specification, including write functional and technical specifications, test cases and any other documents as required.
Led/Conduct SIT, UAT testing including creating test script for quality control of software.
IT project budgeting and cost tracking
คุณสมบัติBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management Information System, or related fields.
Excellent communicating skills and able to choose what to communicate to customer to balance company’s benefits.
Strong problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams
