• Developing and implementing growth strategies with researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Promoting and Selling the Water treatment equipment/plants and chemicals to customers in Petrochemical, Oil&Gas, Chemical, Power plant, and Industrial sectors etc.
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and technical services, responding to customer enquiries, contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Drive sales activities and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—within the Thailand territory.
• Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
• ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
• Identify new opportunities, expand market share, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with technical and Project teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at key trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts.
