- Support both the Import and Export (Sales) teams
- Manage documentation related to import and export expenses
- Track customer orders and ensure timely processing
- Handle paperwork for both import and export procedures
- Process orders in accounting and export systems
- Prepare invoices and packing lists
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Ensure timely delivery of products
- Oversee product loading into containers (Export side)
- Oversee unloading of machines from containers (Import side)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and customers
- Prepare packing manuals for each product and customer for the production team
- Review packaging and product outputs via Line group to ensure accuracy and prevent mistakes
- Initiate PR and confirm orders with suppliers for family box packaging until delivery
- Prepare samples for customers or the sales team
- Submit Health Certificates to the DLD and the Department of Agriculture
- Submit import and export documents to relevant government authorities
- Perform other duties related to the import and export department
- Age between 21–30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in both Thai and English communication
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Eager to learn and continuously improve personal skills
- Able to work Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:40 and Saturday (bi-weekly) 08:00 - 17:40
- Ability to drive is an advantage
- Able to work at the office in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan (Soi Wat Sriwaree Noi or Lat Krabang 54)
