2. Lead production project by applying Lean and Six Sigma tools for process optimization to increase OEE yield, and reduce costs while ensuring compliance with ESH and food safety policies.
3. Collaborate with the LSS team and production engineers.
4. Provide technical support to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, and monitor OEE, EI, and costing metrics.
