3. Accounting, Tax & Compliance
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with TFRS/IFRS.
• Manage tax planning, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
4. Internal Control & Process Design
• Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks across financial and operational
processes.
• Design effective workflows to safeguard assets, reduce risks, and improve efficiency.
5. Risk Management & Legal/Compliance
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Oversee legal matters related to corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory
requirements.
6. Capital & Investment Management
• Manage capital structure, cash flow, and working capital efficiency.
• Secure financing, negotiate with banks/investors, and maintain investor relations.
• Evaluate ROI for major projects, product launches, and expansion plans.
7. Supply Chain & Commercial Finance Support
• Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to optimize inventory turnover and trade
spending.
• Partner with marketing to assess campaign ROI and maximize profitability.
8. Leadership & People Development
• Lead Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop team capability in ERP, BI tools, and data-driven decision-making.
