Project Control Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
•	Co-ordination with Engineering, Procurement and Construction Team.
•	Understanding project specifications and developing project master time schedules and budgets that meet them 
•	Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
•	Monitoring and tracking project progress, and preparing reports (Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report)
•	Providing input for Client and Management Progress Review Meetings.
•	Attending and scheduling meetings as required and preparing MOM after the meeting and circulating the same to attendees. 
•	Monitor the project milestones status and submit the milestones achievement certificate to client and obtain the approval.
Subcontract Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
•	Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts in line with the main contract requirements.
•	Coordinate interfaces between various subcontractors and other project disciplines.
•	Verify subcontractor’s progress against approved schedule and work breakdown structure (WBS).
•	Participate in daily/weekly meetings with subcontractors and internal teams to review progress and action plans.
•	Prepare regular reports on subcontractor performance and highlight risks and delays.
•	Maintain records of correspondence, approvals, and change orders related to subcontractors.
•	Assist in the evaluation and validation of subcontractor progress/milestone payment claims.
•	Monitor scope variations of Subcontractor and support change order preparation and negotiation with Subcontractor.
•	Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed schedule and cost parameters and report to the management.
•	Update the Subcontractor Cash flow plan.
•	Shared cross-functionality as Cost Control Engineer to prepare the monthly earned value analysis report for the entire EPCIC project.
