Job Summary:The Sales Executive is responsible for driving retail and rental sales within the assigned territory, covering prospecting, site surveys, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute retail and rental sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify and develop new customers through online and offline channels.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze customer needs to recommend suitable MHE and forklift solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and rental terms.
- Negotiate pricing and conditions, close sales, and coordinate contracts.
- Coordinate with service, operations, and logistics teams for smooth delivery and service.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, update CRM, and monitor market and competitor activities.
