1. Smart Home System Design & Proposal
• Analyze client requirements and design Smart Home solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
• Present Smart Home solutions to clients, explaining functionalities and benefits of various devices.
• Collaborate with Interior Designers and engineering teams to finalize system designs and ensure smooth installation.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend the most suitable Smart Home solutions for each project.
2. Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Design Firms, Architects, and Real Estate Projects.
• Identify and expand new customer bases, opening new market opportunities for the company.
• Introduce Smart Home products and services to potential clients.
3. Sales & Revenue Management
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiating with clients to close deals effectively.
• Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded as per company goals.
4. Flexible Work Environment (Work Anywhere & Flex Time)
• Work independently from any location while managing time effectively.
• Attend client meetings as scheduled and coordinate remotely when necessary.
