1. Daily AR Operations: Handle full cycle of Accounts Receivable transactions including issuing invoices, receipts, and debit/credit notes. Record transactions in the accounting system and reconcile AR sub-ledger with GL.
2. Collection & Follow-up: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts, and coordinate with Sales/Operations for collection. Prepare AR aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts.
3. Revenue Recognition: Record and recognize revenue in compliance with accounting standards (TFRS/IFRS) and company policies. Coordinate with relevant departments for timely recognition.
4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly AR reports, collection forecasts analysis. Provide insights to management for decision-making.
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in AR processes, implement automation or best practices to enhance efficiency.
6. Compliance & Controls: Ensure proper documentation, compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls. Support in external/internal audits.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
